Situated on 6.5 landscaped acres, Seaside operates from 50,000 sq.ft. of environmentally-controlled indoor work space surrounded by a vast outside hardtop surface. A fully equipped mobile sandblasting and painting unit is available for off-site projects.

Seaside is the only SSPC QP3 rated facility in Canada ensuring a safe job site where fully trained personnel can generate work of the highest quality. There is a security monitoring system in place and a watchman on the site at all times.
